Run your tutoring business withoutrepetitive messaging.

What changes

01

No payment spreadsheets. No invoices.

Parents buy lessons directly through TutorStack. When a tutor logs a completed lesson, TutorStack updates the family's remaining balance and calculates the tutor's earnings from the same record.

Could we move Mia's regular maths lesson to Tuesdays at 4pm?

Emma Wilson

Tuesday at 4pm works for me. I can keep that slot weekly.
Great, please both check the new lesson details and confirm.

Built from real tutoring operations

Shaped byTutors4Tutees

TutorStack began by connecting, one by one, the most important workflows behind Tutors4Tutees. That hands-on experience has shaped a product focused on cutting repetitive admin, saving time where it matters, and making growth easier to manage.

Frequently asked questions

Is TutorStack available to use now?

TutorStack is currently in early access. We are speaking with tutoring businesses before wider release so the product can be shaped around real workflows, not generic software assumptions.

Who is TutorStack currently built for?

TutorStack is currently aimed at growing tutoring agencies, typically managing around 3 to 75 tutors, where administration is becoming difficult to coordinate across separate tools.

Can parents, students, and tutors all use it?

Yes. The current product includes admin, tutor and parent portals, with an optional student portal.

Does TutorStack sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. Parents and tutors can each opt into one-way Google Calendar sync. Confirmed lessons are added to a dedicated calendar, while TutorStack remains the place to reschedule or cancel them.

Can administrators see every lesson in one calendar?

Yes. The desktop administrator calendar shows scheduled and logged tutoring activity across the business, including cancellations, disputes and lessons that still need logging.

Does TutorStack work on mobile?

Yes. The role-based portals are mobile responsive and support progressive web app installation where enabled. TutorStack does not currently promise a separate native mobile app, and the business-wide administrator calendar is designed for desktop.

Will TutorStack replace my current website?

Not necessarily. TutorStack can support enquiry and onboarding workflows without forcing you to replace your existing website immediately.

Can I keep my own brand?

Yes. TutorStack is intended for tutoring businesses that want their own brand to stay front and centre, rather than sending clients into a generic marketplace experience.

Does TutorStack’s AI send messages by itself?

No. TutorStack can draft enquiry replies and personalised group messages, but an administrator reviews and approves them before sending.

How does the no-invoice payment workflow work?

After a tutor is matched, the parent buys lessons through their workspace before those lessons are delivered. TutorStack tracks what has been bought and taught, so the agency does not need to send a monthly invoice for that workflow.

Does TutorStack pay tutors automatically?

TutorStack supports automatic tutor payouts through Split Payments for one-to-one lessons and Programme group sessions, configured for each agency during implementation.

How do I know whether TutorStack is a good fit?

TutorStack is likely to be a good fit if your team spends too much time chasing lesson changes, managing parent messages, matching tutors, tracking balances, or reconciling tutor pay manually.
