TutorStack can prepare
- The initial enquiry acknowledgement
- A response draft for administrator review
- An ordered list of possible tutor matches
Enquiries and tutor matching
TutorStack stores each parent enquiry, sends an acknowledgement, drafts a response for administrator review and ranks possible tutor matches. Your team decides what to send and who to assign.
How it works
The aim is not to remove the administrator from a sensitive decision. It is to put the information, draft and next action in the same place.
A TutorStack-hosted form records the enquiry inside the agency workspace instead of leaving it as an isolated email or spreadsheet row.
The parent receives an acknowledgement while the full enquiry waits for administrator review.
TutorStack prepares a draft response based on the enquiry. The administrator can edit it, reject it or replace it before anything is sent.
The current matching workflow orders relevant tutor candidates to help the administrator review the available options.
TutorStack does not assign a tutor by itself. The administrator makes the final choice based on the shortlist and their own judgement.
Once accepted, the administrator starts the onboarding flow and the parent supplies the details needed for the new tutoring relationship.
Clear boundaries
That distinction matters when a reply represents the agency and a tutor match affects a family.
Questions
TutorStack can send the initial acknowledgement and draft the substantive reply. An administrator reviews and sends that reply.
No. TutorStack ranks possible matches, but the administrator remains responsible for choosing and assigning the tutor.
They can, but enquiries received outside the hosted TutorStack form need to be handled or entered manually. The structured workflow begins with the hosted form.
The administrator sends an onboarding invitation. The parent adds their details and can add an optional student profile before the assignment and payment workflow continues.
