Supervised communication

Keep agency communication together without making it impersonal.

TutorStack gives administrators, tutors, parents and optional student users a shared place for tutoring conversations. For group updates, AI can prepare personalised drafts, but an administrator reviews and approves them before sending.

How it works

Send a useful update to many families without copying the same message.

The bulk-communication flow starts with a real audience and ends in the normal message inbox. It does not hide the recipients or send an AI response without review.

  1. 01

    Choose the audience

The administrator selects the relevant group, such as assigned parents, before writing the communication request.

  2. 02

    Describe the update

The administrator gives TutorStack a plain-language prompt, for example, a friendly monthly check-in asking how tutoring is going.

  3. 03

    TutorStack prepares individual drafts

The system creates recipient-specific message drafts using the information available for the selected audience.

  4. 04

    The administrator reviews

Drafts remain visible before sending. The administrator can check the wording and keep control of the message going out under the agency’s name.

  5. 05

    Approved messages enter the inbox

After approval and send, the outgoing messages appear in the relevant conversations rather than in a separate, disconnected campaign view.

  6. 06

Replies stay connected to the relationship

The business can continue the conversation in the same workspace instead of reconstructing context across separate inboxes and messaging apps.

Clear boundaries

Personalised does not mean autonomous.

TutorStack helps prepare communication at scale while keeping the agency responsible for the message and the relationship.

TutorStack can help with

  • Selecting a defined audience
  • Preparing recipient-specific message drafts
  • Keeping sent messages with the relevant conversations

Your administrator remains responsible for

  • Choosing who should receive the update
  • Reviewing the wording before it is sent
  • Handling replies and sensitive conversations

Questions

What tutoring agency owners usually want to know

Does TutorStack send AI-written messages without approval?

No. TutorStack prepares drafts. An administrator reviews and approves the messages before sending them.

Can I send an update to a group of parents?

Yes. The live bulk-communication workflow lets an administrator choose an audience such as assigned parents and prepare individual message drafts for that group.

Is every recipient sent exactly the same text?

Not necessarily. TutorStack can prepare recipient-specific drafts where relevant information is available, while still presenting the drafts for administrator review.

Does TutorStack force us to abandon every existing communication channel on day one?

No. TutorStack is in early access and the move from existing tools can be discussed around the agency’s actual workflow. Communication that stays outside the workspace remains outside its shared record.

Five early-access places

Show us where your conversations get fragmented.

We are taking on five tutoring businesses for TutorStack's first early-access cohort.

The early-access demo can focus on the parent, tutor and admin communication that currently takes the most time to coordinate.
